About 8 months ago I was hacked and the person created 2 child accounts under my name and I called Playstation support team and helped me fix the problem but the 2 names that were created are still in my family management and won't delete no matter what I do.. even PS support couldn't delete them..? what could I do to get rid of the added child accounts, they are banned but still in my family management..
