Slow loading on Console SSD

Just got the PS5 a couple of weeks ago. I have 160gb free on console SSD and games are loading in 20-40 seconds. I have 160gb free. I am sure they are not loading from the external HDD.

My friend's PS5 loads fast. Mine feels like a PS4! What's going on?
