What was the last movie you watched?

EX MACHINA

Not much action but a lot to think by watching this strange and curious movie. I liked it.

My vote: 8/10

I LOVED that movie. Best sci-fi film in a long long time. Very interesting story and questions. Well cast, filmed beautifully. To me this is a 10/10.

I saw "Once Upon a Time In the West" for the third (or was it fifth?) time. The music is getting better and better <3

It was actually an accident, my net stopped working for, like, 3 hours at 3 AM, and I couldn't sleep...so I remembered couple old , classic movies a friend gave me in 2010 (!) to "educate myself" :)

Entertaining but for some reason did'nt quite do it for me.
Not really a superhero movie for the kids. A little different.

Batman vs Superman: Dawn of Justice

Overall I think it was very good. Not quite excellent but better than good...hence very good. :grin
A few suprises which also sets the tone as to what is coming in future movies.
Ben Affleck did Batman very well I thought too.

Some mixed reviews on this one but I think most people nitpick to much,it was entertaining afterall anyway.
There is also something that doesnt quite make sense but perhaps we will see more on it when the home version is released that's apparently 30mins longer than the already long theatrical version thats 2 and half hours.

I still enjoyed Man of Steel more when it was released. But B vs S is still a great movie as far as pure entertainment goes.

8.5/10

TWILIGHT - The Whole Serie

Well, I know this is not really "one" movie but more movies together, I know that it's not a recent movie either, but...
The books and the DVDs are in my home since a long time. I was making fun of my wife too, who was in love with the serie, because I thought it was just another tearjerker story for ladies. I watched it and I am now amazed and surprised about how nice it is!

My vote: 10/10 :-:

P.S.: Now is my wife making fun of me... :grin

I dont mind the Twilight movies either.
There's some action in there, its not all romance :o
Although I must say Breaking Dawn Part 1 is the most boring one.

Once Upon a Time in the West - it gets better every time, I swear! Was it 3rd or 5th time I saw it?

I could watch that movie even with my eyes closed, the music...

Saw Rogue One yesterday in theatres. WOW! This is exactly what a prequel should be like. Totally fit in with the original star wars movies, a few characters from New Hope sprinkled in, some CGI. Great story, looked amazing and no Jar Jar Binks. I will not give any spoilers, but this is a dark movie in comparison to the rest of the franchise. Stand alone movie here, no trilogy, just a good story that ends where New Hope begins. Highly recommend!

OK,I finally watched Rogue One the other day.
Very good. Its like a diff starwars movie but you know it is cause few old fav characters here and there.
Im sure most will know that Darth Vader is in it for a few scenes and without saying to much or what happens Ill say the scene with him in it near the end is prob the best and most menacing we've seen Vader in any StarWars movie and shows how much of a bad ass he is.

I dunno Obe. The scene in Episode 3 when he turns on his lightsaber in front of all the younglings is pretty menacing.

True, but you dont actually see anything going on,you just Anakin (not Vader yet is he?) in front of them and thats it.
In Rogue one,you see whats happening.

btw: Have you seen Rogue One yet?

Yeah. He was Vader at that time. But they couldn't just show little kids get mowed down. Imagine the fallout from that, lol. Mommy groups would be very upset ;) In Rogue One he's mowing down adults. No one cares if you see that.

Hell yeah I saw Rogue One. Saw the first showing in my area :)

I think all record of episodes 1 - 3 should be scrubbed. Menacing? I don't think so, but that was because he was such a poor actor. I agree, Vader in Rogue One was a highlight at the end and do think it was Vader best appearence ever!

Lol. Yeah. In the hands of a real actor that scene would have been pretty epic.

Maybe by name but not as we know him right :o

Oh ofcourse, just saying...but you still dont see anything.

Well,OK...put the menacing word aside but as least you do agree it was his (or one of) his best scenes ever :Onya
