Hi All
Im posting this on behalf of my autistic son. He's recently had a technical issue with the hdmi port in that the cable was loose when placed into the port. We took it to a reputable repairer who has replaced the port.
However a new issue has arisen, Every time he tries to play a game, he get a message after a couple of minutes to state the unit is over heating and it shuts down.
We've tried new hdmi cables with top spec, but to no avail. Im wondering if the new hdmi port is not capatable or is causing the issue.
Has anyone else come across this issue.
Any help would be much appreciated.
