You need to be VERY good to be able to get this gear:

Translation: you and I will never get to wear this gear. And if you see someone in the game outfitted with this set, you'll want to run the other direction, though it will probably be too late by that point.

Thats its only for the top 100 players? I think if it was only for the top 1000 players you'd be lucky to see anyone with it.
