So my spouse recently repaired a controller that had stopped functioning and it wkrked fine for a day but the next day the system responds to all button presses just fine but when you enter any game or app the only buttons that do anything is the system buttons ps/snapshot/mute
Clearly the buttons are fine because the system responds to the buttons on all the main menus
We reset and paired the controller, then we reset the system settings to fully wipe the controller from the memory of the system and problem persists, so its clearly in the controller itself and not in my system, my other controller also workks perfectly fine so again its specific to this one device
Any thoughts on why the apps can't read button presses Even though the system registers them?
