Hello all,
Keep getting the following message when trying to connect to my internet.
“Can’t connect to the internet.
Your internet service provider or your router might be preventing your PS5 from connecting to the internet. Make sure you can connect to the internet via the same network as your PS5 by testing the connection using your computer or mobile device.”
For context, I have tried to the following solutions;
- Restarted PS5
- Restarted Router
- Manually inputted IP Address Settings including DNS (tried both google and cloudfare)
- tried connecting to hotspots and lan cables, still the same issue.
Wondering if anyone has any resolution to this at all?
