Pre-Ordering problems

So I wanted to pre-order the new Monster Hunter World Iceborne DLC that is coming out. It is rated a 16 so I should be fine. So I decided to head to the store and make my purchase. But I didn't have any funds in my wallet. So I told my dad to set my spending limit to the max, which he did. Then I tried pre-ordering again. No luck. And pretty much now I have reached the point where I have tried every possible method I could think of.
Does anyone know anything else that will help?

I think this pre-order thing is tied to either your age, or if you own the game.

That being said, I would never use my credit card or debit card on PSN. If I were you, I'd remove those off your PSN account, and start buying those PlayStation Store cards you find at your favorite retailer. It can be Best Buy, GameStop, Target, 7-11, you can find it anywhere, really. So, do that, and redeem your codes, then buy your DLC.

Furthermore, since you're 16, I'm guessing your account is a child account. Have your father buy it instead. Master accounts can "share" DLC under the same system.

When you turn 18, change your account into a Master or create a new account that's labeled as "Master."

Those are the the solutions I have for you. Someone else can have their own interpretation of a solution, but that's all I got for ya.

Thanks for the reply. But yeah I'll get my dad to pre order it for me. Thanks for the help. I really appreciate it :)

Only thing I got is to make his dad drive him to the game store to preorder. Like I used to do in the 2000s until I got my license :D Who am I kidding. I still preorder at the store. But I'm old school and I like having physical copies of games if I can help it.

I am that way, too. But the OP is trying to order from PSN.
