Pet and Animal thread

Okay, now it's the time for talking about animals, which can be really close to your heart (pets), but some of you can really afraid of them. Are there animals which you really are afraid of? Or is there something that you love? Do you have any pets? Want to tell us about it/them?

I used to have a Persian cat but I developed asthma and my doctor advised me to stay away from furry animals.

I am an animal lover. My favorite non-pet would be whales, specifically humpback whales per my avatar We have at this time 1 dog & 2 cats as our furbabies. I don't have a fear of creatures but I will say I have a healthy respect for dangerous ones.
