Miyamoto says Wii U game development requires twice the resources as before | Wii U
If Wii U owners were wondering why it's taking so long for games to be released for the system, they now have an answer. Shigeru Miyamoto, creator of Mario has stated that the move to HD has been rough on Nintendo and they honestly weren't prepared for it. Compared to the Wii, about twice as many resources are needed to develop the games. Let's hope that Nintendo get the bang of things soon.
