Just got Witcher 3 as a gift quick question.

Im seeing online that there have been quite a few updates since launch was just wondering as someone that has never updated the game how big is this download gonna be? I see that 1.08 is about 2.8gb is that gonna be all i have to download or is it gonna be huge to include all patches?
