Hello, Salutations, ladies and gentlemen. My name is Carlos Morales. I am the Founder & C.E.O. at CarlosX360 Co., Ltd. I have recently acquired (purchased) PS4Forum! For me, this was something I've been wanting since I bought PS4 back in 2014. I have always, always wanted this site. I have always, always been keeping my eye on it. When the first news hit, that the site was closing, I rushed to register. Trying to stop it in its tracks.
I patiently waited, waited. It happened.
What happened?
Over the weekend, I've been trying to fix a lot of things. I made some mistakes, so some things would have to be delayed. I've been working dilligently over the last 24-48 hours to make sure things are on the up and up. This morning, I spent all morning from 5am to completion. I think I need a beer, but it's over with. Done.
What will happen to the site?
Nothing. You're seeing the change. It's been migrated completely to xenForo. Now, don't get me wrong, I loved vBulletin. However, vB4 broke one of my sites, CODForums. It also lagged on another one - that is, without any plugin. I tested it with and without any plugin. If you bought vBSEO to have friendly URL's, that server would drag their own feet. That's what caused @Frantic to be months away from pulling the plug.
I gave Internet Brands/vB six months to fix this shit. I left the boat. I'm not going back.
Your posts, profile posts, your avatars, your postcounts, everything is imported. Intact. Except plugins, except your shiny gif ranks, your trophies. And yes, the vBSEO "likes" system. All of that is gone. I will try to fix some of this up as time goes on. Please be patient while I work through all of this.

As you've seen, with a software migration - it means a loss of plugins, a loss of images, and whatnot. I still have vB4 in the background, so this won't matter for a while. But bear with me, while I fix everything up. A new skin will take it's place, which you see as of right now.
The Future: It's bright!
Last November, I went domain shopping. I purchased all relevant domains for the Next Generation PlayStation console. I'm all ready for the next big thing. I will pay attention to leaks, rumors, whatnot. I will be following this very closely. If it doesn't happen the way I want it to, I wouldn't worry about it if I were you. I already have a general gaming forum.
