Call of Duty Black ops Cold War Campaign mode not working on my PS5

Hello Everyone. I'm new to this site; i recently got a new PS5, and had purchased several games online from the PS store; one of them being the Call of Duty Black ops Cold War.

I started downloading it, and after 3 days of grueling internet consumption and wait time, it finally was done. i checked it to make sure all was installed, and i noticed that the campaign mode is still locked, even though it shows that it is downloaded. and nothing seems to be pending to be installed.

any thoughts?

Hover down in the Call of Duty HQ, and find the install row. There should be an "install" indicator, make sure it's "installed." Downloading from the PlayStation Store is the "base" game, now you have to interact with Activision's DRM system.

Don't forget to download the campaign packs/multiplayer packs.

Thanks Carlos. Actually, just yesterday, i opened my PS, i noticed that the campaign 1 pack was installed fully, and ready to use. so i tried it, and i was able to play the game. and now i'm downloading 2 and 3.

seems, when i tried to play the game, it was done downloading, but not done installing.
