Blurry image on PS5 - 1440p monitor

Just got a KTC H27T22 but I can't seem to get it to work properly on my PS5.

All settings look fine, the monitor is in 1440p and 120Hz, PS5 recognizes it, but the image is never sharp, it is blurry. It looks like it is upscaled or downscaled. I have better picture quality using a 1080p monitor than this one.
It works just fine connected to a PC, so it has to be something related to the PS5.

Any idea on what it could be?

Did you try Checking your cable connections with the monitor, maybe something is loose or damaged.
OR Try adjusting the Video settings - Change Resolution .
