Black ops cold war update issues on ps5

Today Treyarch released a new update for black ops cold war, downloaded it and there we go. Now everytime the cd player makes a (strange?) noise, the game freezes for something like 50 milliseconds. It's not unplayable, but very annoying. Never happened before update, never happened in other games in cd version like fifa 21. Did anyone else noticed this problem???
