Tekken 6 or Street fighter 4

Hi,i would like to ask which game do you like more and why???

Street Fighter 4 is good but I love Tekken so much. Tekken 6 is one of the most polished fighters I have played and is only second to Tekken Tag Tournament 2. I love the characters, the combos, the story. The fighting mechanics of Tekken seem more fluid IMO and it's a lot easier to control the characters.

Tekken is a little more fun for me, and I think a lot of people can play it without having to learn too much. With Street Fighter, it's just as fun, but most new players will only spam hadoukens when they first hold it and learn it.

I prefer Street Fighter because it feels more technical to me.
The combos are simple but tricky too perform, while Takken is more a button mashing game.

I would have to go with Tekken, as I have always been a bigger Tekken Fan than a Street Fighter fan.

tekken 6 is fun but if you're tired of all the other tekkens and don't play much street fighter, go for SF4.

Tekken is much more fun to me. Street Fighter 4 bores me to death. Tekken is good at all levels, SF4 only really seems to truly shine at high competitive levels.

Regardless, my choice would be Persona 4 Arena. Seriously.

Neither is very good. The Tekken series started going downhill after Tekken 3 and Street Fighter hasn't been great since the original games. That said, Tekken 6 is still pretty enjoyable, so I'll pick that one.

I feel that street fighter lacks moves so the strategy is very confined unlike Tekken and Soul Calibur. Combos are usually just back and forth of LP and LK with an H(K/P) at the end. I loved Marvel vs. Capcom 2 though because there was a lot more of everything (3 vs. 3 w/ 56 characters!!!).

Contra to this, I think because of its "limited movesets" there is more strategy in SF; the game is like chess as a result.

Tekken 6. It is more animated for my taste and the fighting arena is bigger and I like the fighting system more than Street Fighters.

Tekken 6 has alot more variation and you aren't forced to play a fireball spammy charachter..

Did you watch the Evo Grand finals? That match represents why I hate the CURRENT street fighter.. I don't hate street fighter I just have IV.
II and especially III were amazing, fun fighters that didn't require you to play a spammy fireball character.. Look at the tierlist in street fighter iv and notice how many spammy charachters are top tier.. TOO MANY...

Tekken 6 doesn't have projectiles just awesome combos that take timing and practice..

OK so Rose shoots a blue fireball looking thing, but didn't spam it to win. There's a bit more strategy than spamming fireballs. Simply because they are in the top tier doesn't mean people sit there and spam fireballs. Also, if you're good, you can counter it. And recently some characters have been moved up and have become more viable.

The size of the fireballs are far bigger and far more annoying. I know you can "counter" it. Rose is a fucking fireball user don't you even say she isn't..
The FIRST FULL MINUTE OF THAT MATCH WAS FIREBALL TRADING. I'm so tired of SFIV players making excuses for the fireball bullshit.
That's just the start of the issues I have with SFIV.

Get the Street Fighter X Tekken crossover game, that way you got a two in one package
If I was you I would go for Tekken myself, I think the characters in Tekken have more "variety" going for them. It's nice to see the different martial arts form used by the different characters, ranging from Muay Thai, Drunken Fist, Taekwondo, Bagua Quan, etc......

Come to think of it the crossover game from Tekken side, "Tekken X Street Fighter".......we barely know anything about it. Funny how they announced Tekken 7 but chose not to deliver more info on the crossover game >_>

NO GOD. It's slow and it's not really too great to be honest..

For real? I never got the chance to play the crossover game myself, but from the clips I thought it's actually nice, so it's not a great game huh....... Sad to hear that

I still think the Bad box art Megaman/Rockman is totally unnecessary though. Why must they mess with our feelings like this
A proper Megaman or Megaman Zero would be so cool! Instead they come up with a joke character......
